Medplan Private Limited’s management team comprises physicians and scientists with over 30 years in manufacturing products in health care industries, including medical device and pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.

Medplan is dedicated to the production of surgical masks, respirator masks, gowns, surgical drapes, PPE coverall, and other allied non-woven products. Our products adhere to international standards such as European and US standards.

Our products are marketed under the Medplan brand, or under OEM/Private Label agreements with the client.

The extensive product range comprises: Surgical Masks (sterile and non-sterile), Filtering Facepiece Respirators (FFP2/N95, FFP3), Surgical Gowns (sterile and non-sterile), Surgical Drapes (sterile), PPE Coveralls, and allied non-woven products.

Medplan is located at the popular industrial hub of Noida, which is near Delhi, the national capital of India, and is well serviced by ports, national highways, and reputed logistics providers.

The manufacturing is done under a cleanroom class 100k facility adhering to the stringent requirements of international standards for quality and hygiene.

The fully automated production lines comprise the latest high-speed ultrasonic machines with a monthly capacity of over 5 Million masks per month.

Our quality management system is in accordance with ISO 13485:2016. Our products with European and US certification are exported to ASEAN countries, South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and the Middle East. We have a range of CE-certified products with registration in the European Union and USFDA.
